I was impressed after watching the entire film about Olympic badminton, and while watching it, I thought to myself, "I wish I was as excellent at badminton as they are," but there's nothing wrong with wishing. "Constant practice, makes perfect," as the adage goes. You can see four players playing badminton, and they are taking it seriously. The four players are using their speed, balance, strength, flexibility and most importantly, their endurance. The four players are tense as they play since it appears like none of them will defeat. This game is difficult because the four of them are all great badminton players, but I can see they enjoying themselves. When your partner is does not cooperate in the game, playing double badminton is really difficult. As a result, when playing badminton, you must understand how to approach, interact with your partner, and get along with your partner. To win this game, each of the four participants puts forth their best effort and energy. Most significantly, players are able to use all of the basic skills in badminton. Endorphins, our natural feel-good happy hormones, are released when we play badminton. Furthermore, participating in these sports has numerous advantages, including improving an individual's general fitness.
